2. Support for AWAKEN DESTINY
nTilia marketing pages display an “In support of AWAKEN DESTINY” link (https://awakendestiny.org). On the public journal, the footer states that nTilia, a SamionX product, supports the AWAKEN DESTINY foundation. AWAKEN DESTINY is a Belgian private foundation; David Herreman is its founder and president, while also directing SamionX.
- The link aims to raise awareness of the foundation and its work; it is not commercial advertising for an unrelated third party
- On nTilia marketing pages, the link is part of the SamionX product’s editorial identity
- On users’ public journals, specific rules apply (see Terms of service)
This disclosure is provided because of David Herreman’s dual role (SamionX and AWAKEN DESTINY), to avoid any appearance of an undeclared conflict of interest.

- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Data loss or alteration, subject to applicable contractual commitments
- AI-generated or AI-assisted content — always to be verified by the user
6. Artificial intelligence and the AI Act
nTilia offers writing-assistance features based on artificial intelligence. SamionX places under the nTilia brand an AI system within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). The provider of the general-purpose AI (GPAI) models used is Anthropic, PBC (Claude models), accessed via the Claude API.
- System nature
- Markdown editing help, suggestions, titles and related features — on user request, without high-impact automated decisions (employment, credit, biometrics, etc.).
- Classification
- System presenting transparency risks (Art. 50 AI Act). nTilia is not marketed as a high-risk AI system under Annex III.
- Technical chain
- Anthropic, PBC (https://www.anthropic.com)
- Users are informed, at first use and in the interface, that they interact with AI assistance, not a human (Art. 50(1))
- Generated or substantially rewritten outputs carry a machine-readable mark: model-level watermark (Claude) and public-page metadata (Art. 50(2)). Standard editing (proofreading, translation, short captions) is out of scope
- Detection: Claude’s watermark can be checked with Anthropic’s tools; public pages also expose IPTC / schema.org metadata. Details: https://support.claude.com/en/articles/16266773-how-claude-marks-ai-generated-content
- AI outputs must be verified by the user before publication or use
- Use must comply with Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup
